Systems Engineering Initiative for Patient Safety (SEIPS) is an investigation methodology that helps the investigator explore complex-adaptive systems and collect evidence in a methodical manner. The 4-hour workshop offers the opportunity of using the SEIPS model with case studies to highlight the effectiveness such a system can bring.
