Compassionate engagement is at the heart of a good investigation. The 1-day workshop includes the theory of investigative interviewing using the PEACE model and is heavily weighted to the practical application of the skills. Using a case study we explore different scenarios and ‘types’ of interview to enable delegates to practice the techniques in a psychologically safe training environment. It is aimed at safety investigators who would like to improve their interviewing skills.
