pd Safety Consulting Ltd offers a small number of highly focused workshops intended to provide a more in-depth appreciation of important tools for those conducting safety investigation. Our specialist systems based workshops are delivered not by academics but by investigators with hands-on experience who can draw on their own experience to enhance and illustrate the subject.
